In this section you can find directions to the Playing Fields, and there's a little history of how one of Coronation Street's all-time favourite characters was instrumental in providing the facilities which still stand today. Below are pictures from the opening celebrations when Cllr Stephen Parnaby, Leader of East Riding of Yorkshire Council, and Ernie Teal MBE, cut the ribbon on the refurbished pavilion.
